How To “Melt Reality” During Your Day WITHOUT Micro-Dosing
As a 50+ year meditator, I would like to invite listeners to experience themselves as a trillion cells of vibrating potentiality during their day. It’s one thing to sit for 20 minutes and meditation but how does one regulate the mind, intellect and ego during the day? Using techniques from non-dual tantra to create a quality of present arising awareness, I will teach three or four techniques that relax or silence the intellect during the day so one is more expansive, free and creative.
Red Flags & Compassion
Let’s talk about what to do with someone who is grandiose, entitled & narcissistic. How do you navigate this type of personality, create healthy boundaries and utilize what I call the “balm of compassion”? This personality type has few skills to quiet the run-away ego and it is only with compassion and boundaries can a person navigate this rough terrain.
Consciousness & Capital
We are coming to understand that everything is profoundly interconnected or what I call “indivisible”. Utumbu means “I am because we are”. During this conversation, we will focus on a ten-year campaign to address the unconscious bias that prevents capital from being deployed to females and diverse founders. Right now, under 3% of VC capital in America goes to women and less than 1% to black and brown women.
